Advil cold and sinus.
Without this I would be a dead quivering mass of nasal fluid. I woke up today feeling like someone had smashed my head in while I was sleeping. I spent the day on my couch watching the Horsepower TV marathon on Spike. The first network for men. Because my sinuses feel like they were fucked without lube and my eyes have been watering A LOT. So anyone who walked in to my room would be greeted by me crying as I watched two middle aged men rebuild a chevy small block.
