My first attempt at quitting failed. I got through the whole day but I couldn’t take it anymore so I went and bought a pack. The next step is the patch. I didn’t expect to have withdrawal symptoms but I did. I became very irritable but I managed to keep it in check for the most part. So I will buy the patch tomorrow and when I run out of smokes again I will try the patch and see what happens. The last time was easier to quit because I used to have exercise equipment in the house so I could go sit on the exercise bike for an hour to overcome the craving. When I moved I unfortunately didn’t get the bike or the bowflex we had. It’s still too cold to bike and the trails suck so that isn’t an option yet… blah blah blah… pancakes.
