Transformers!!!
I went and saw it last night with a group of friends and my parents. Holy shit. I really don't have much to say. I had read some reviews where people complained that parts of the story were campy but I have seen far worse. Anyways. The effects were simply mind boggling. The chase scenes that involved transformation sequences actually made the crowd shout out in amazement. There was also a strong comedic element that didn't detract from the film. It was true to the cartoon I remember but obviously updated to include modern things... like the internet and portable cell phones.
