This is the latest at night that I have run...

Here is the route I ran tonight. It's part of my training for the Nike+ Human Race ten kilometer run. The map looks a little confusing... it starts at the green marker and I ran the big loop on the outside and then came back around and ran the smaller loop. My training goal for tonight was nine kilometers but I decided to make it an even ten. Enjoy the map. If you click the view full button you can enter your body stats and calculate calories burned based on time. The markers button will turn on the KM markers... but it will look random because of the way I looped around... Double left-click zooms in. Double right-click zooms out and dragging lets you move the map around.

You can see my Nike+ stats in the Nike badge on the right menu bar of my blog if you are not looking at the original post. The iPod sports kit says it was 10.04KM whereas map my run indicates 10.4KM. My iPod may not be properly calibrated.
